FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We give detailed estimates, more than the standard contractor. We are upfront about costs, and we will always inform the customer of any changes in price or additional work that must be performed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first priority is to let our customers know that we are a local, family business. There will not be a crew that comes in and rushes the job so they can continue to the next as fast as possible. Second, is that we are moral, trustworthy people. And we will treat your house just as we would treat our own. We are here to improve people's lives, not make them worse. Third, is we make sure they know a little about us before showing us their house or the project. We want our customers to feel comfortable and realize that they are still the king/queen of their house. After this, we simply ask some questions, and take measurements as needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a general contractors license and general engineering license. This qualifies me to perform any work that is asked of me by a homeowner. I am capable of making my own drawings and I include them with my work where applicable.
