- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are reasonable. We never overprice, but we charge what is fear.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First of all, we need to find out every details of the job to be done, like type of event, number of guests, frequency of their arrival, availability of parking, neighborhood restrictions and any other concerning from customer. Once we have the information about the event, then we will visit location of event in order to determine on site necessary aspects to elaborate the Quote. Finally, we will proceed to sent Quote to Customer, recommending minimum of attendants to be working, time of their arrival an leaving, amount of cars to be taken and minimum price for our services.
