I called Arana roofing because I saw the great reviews and needed a roof inspection due to moisture found in my walls. They came the next day and let me know the issue along with other findings needing maintenance. I typically get multiple quotes but chose to move forward with Arana because Sean made me feel confident I was receiving a fair price and guaranteed their quality of work. The roofing repair was scheduled very soon after the inspection and complete in one day. I like how they provide before and after photos for everything and even helped us go on the roof to verify everything with them (our request) . At the end , Sean worked with me to lower the price a bit which I really appreciate. Sean was great to work with!

I hired Avi and Frank to inspect my roof based on a report from my HOI. The scheduled appointment was quick and after the inspection I decided to hire Sol for the suggested repairs. Once the repairs started (silicone coating for my flat roof and other repairing some framing that was damaged by water) Sol noticed other repairs needed for the pitch on your roof and suggested new tiles and new flashing. Since they already started I decided to have them do the additional repairs for $$ since all the work would be done in less than a week. Avi and his team were punctual, professional and the work seems good (although I won’t know for sure until that next storm :)). I would recommend Sol but I must admit that I didn’t compare quotes due to my need for repairs quickly.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a fair pricing which always includes material, labor and no additional fees We inspect roof very throughly so there are no surprises when it’s time to work !
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually we start by an initial meeting where we provide a report regarding the condition of the roof. Then the customer gets some info about the company and the total cost of the project.
