Sean and Frank were super responsive, professional, and were able to do the patch work on my 20+ year-old leaking roof that other roofers told me would look terrible and that my only solution was a new roof which isn’t in the budget now. They came in, gave a reasonable estimate, found and patched the hole in my roof and it looks great and was a fraction of the cost of a new roof. Bought myself hopefully 5 more years with this roof. And when the time comes, Sol Roofing is my go to for a new roof.

We had an emergency during the last rainstorm (Feb 2024) at a couple of units managed by our HOA. I sent Arana roofing the photo of a heavy water pouring from the roof and Sean came over immediately and put in place a temporary patch on the roof where the point of entry was identified. We were grateful for his temporary relief and he returned to complete a permanent repair when the storm cleared. Sean is reliable, a great communicator, and very professional. It took me a while to find a roofer I could trust and I’m happy we found Sean.

We offer a fair pricing which always includes material, labor and no additional fees We inspect roof very throughly so there are no surprises when it’s time to work !
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually we start by an initial meeting where we provide a report regarding the condition of the roof. Then the customer gets some info about the company and the total cost of the project.
