My partner and I thank Sol Roofing for doing a well job done. Even if our roof repair is minor yet they responded quickly and repaired the roof as it was a major problem. Thank you Rey and your team. It cost us $3000 with 2 year maintenance and monitoring.

I called Arana roofing because I saw the great reviews and needed a roof inspection due to moisture found in my walls. They came the next day and let me know the issue along with other findings needing maintenance. I typically get multiple quotes but chose to move forward with Arana because Sean made me feel confident I was receiving a fair price and guaranteed their quality of work. The roofing repair was scheduled very soon after the inspection and complete in one day. I like how they provide before and after photos for everything and even helped us go on the roof to verify everything with them (our request) . At the end , Sean worked with me to lower the price a bit which I really appreciate. Sean was great to work with!

We had a great experience with Sol and our project manager Sean. They followed up quickly, gave fair value compared to other quotes, and did the work well and on time. Our new roof looks great, and they were able to take care of our solar panels too that other companies said we'd need to find someone else to do that part. Sean was responsive, helpful, and flexible. Hopefully we don't need to do roof work again for a long time, but if we do I'd reach out to Sol again.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually we start by an initial meeting where we provide a report regarding the condition of the roof. Then the customer gets some info about the company and the total cost of the project.
