My pricing are very competitive and i always try to work with my clients budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
represent seller-first we talk on the phone just to understand their needs then we will meet at their house so i can evaluate the property and runs some reports for them, then we usually signs some paperwork so i can represent them and the process begins. represent buyer- I arrange a meeting so i understand what kind of property they are looking for, we sign paperwork so i can represent them through the process and then i start my search and email them to review and arrange showing on their schedule.
