- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customers should know that my pricing is fair and reflects the high-quality care their pets will receive. I offer transparent pricing with no hidden fees. Rest assured, your furry friends will receive top-notch care at a reasonable rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we’ve discussed the details and reached an agreement, we’ll schedule a meet and greet. During this visit, I’ll come by to meet you and your pet(s), go over their routine, and pick up the keys. It’s an opportunity for us to ensure everything is in place for a smooth and comfortable experience for your pet while you’re away.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve always had a deep love for animals, thanks to growing up with cherished cats. My journey into the world of animal care began as a volunteer coordinator for a shelter here in the valley. Over the years, friends have often turned to me for pet advice, recognizing my passion and expertise. I furthered my skills by spending 8 years at a top pet sitting company in Boston, where I received extensive training and experience. Later, I transitioned into a role as a vet tech before ultimately deciding to pursue my dream of starting my own pet sitting venture. This journey has reignited my passion, and as an LA native returning home, I’m excited to embark on this new chapter of launching my own pet sitting business!
