- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I cook everything from scratch and make sure it is filled with love. Therefore I do not skimp on quality or presentation . You are paying for that.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A typical process with hiring form Ty’s Savory Sweet Kitchen 1. Create a personalized menu , provide me with your preferences and or ideas 2. Talk about location/kitchen , provide photos of kitchen if possible. ( this will help determine menu) 3.Once a menu has been confirmed and solidified an invoice will be sent via email with the pricing for the menu chosen. 4. Once invoice has been accepted , a deposit of 50% of total must be paid within 24 hours to secure date. 5.Once event deposit is paid you will have until 14 hours prior to event date to pay remaining 50%. 6.On day of event , grocery shopping will be done prior to arrival. Please allow 4-5 prior to event for cooking time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Associates Degree in Restaurant Management and minor in Baking.
