I don’t usually take the time to write reviews, but Ivan’s services were exceptional and truly deserve recognition. He responded promptly to my request for help with cutting a large branch in my backyard from the recent California windstorms. From the start, his communication was excellent, even using Google Translate to ensure everything was clear. Ivan offered a fair price and was great at keeping me informed—both when he came to give me a quote and the next day when he arrived to complete the work. He went above and beyond: not only did he cut the large branch as agreed, but he also stacked the wood neatly, disposed of the smaller twigs in my yard waste bin, and raked the leaves in my backyard. If you have the chance to hire Ivan, do it! You’ll be beyond satisfied with his professionalism, attention to detail, and work ethic. Highly recommend!
