Frank was very responsive and came out to give me a free quote for old floor demolition and laminate floor install. I was very happy with the quote and Frank's professionalism, so I hired him. Frank and his team did a phenomenal job. I was out of town for the entire project and managed the whole thing remotely from my phone, from estimates to contractor selection to letting them in/out of our property every day, to stain selection. Frank was incredibly communicative and responsive via text. I got home last night to a recently completed project (which he predicted down to the day) and our floors look stunning. A complete transformation!

Updating my review - tech arrived 30 minutes later than the time agreed upon, but he explained he was in traffic, and on a call with another customer, so he could not take my call or respond to my texts. I didn't go with the tech ultimately, so I can't speak to his work, but he seemed genuinely sorry to have arrived late. He was otherwise professional and responsive during our interaction, so I am reviewing him on that.
