We're very happy with the work Kareem/Aspire Build did on our fireplace. We had a dated looking fireplace that Kareem updated with tile and millwork. He was on time each day and kept us posted when there was a delay. Which is expected when doing construction. He got to work right away and cleaned up after each day. We will definitely use him again when it's time to redo our bathrooms and kitchen because of his work ethic and fair pricing.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I work backwards from a customers budget and tell them what I can realistically provide for what they want to spend. I am reasonably priced, work hard and believe that good work pays off.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Get to know them as much as possible to accommodate to their lifestyle. Value engineering which is designing the project based on the budget and setting realistic goals. Make sure to go through everything they should expect during the process of the project so that no unwanted outcomes or surprises happen.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 10 years in the industry, and 3 years as a contractor
