I needed my gutters shortened and sealed for an external blind placement. Andrew responded so quickly to my request and was able to come out the next day to get the job done. He was communicative on when he would be arriving. Job was done promptly just as I wanted it with no issues. We had some cracks on our walls and a few other repairs that needed attention. The cracks are gone, and the walls look amazing. He was prompt and cleaned up each day he was there. He even picked up a replacement interior door from Home Depot. Amazing work and we were very pleased.

The minimum price for the job is $120 for 2 hours of work, and for each subsequent hour - $50 per hour. Additional costs may include the cost of materials that I buy to complete the task. I offer individual discounts for large projects or multi-tasking orders. If you have special requirements, I am ready to discuss them in order to offer the most transparent and reasonable prices.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I discuss the task, estimate the cost and time, prepare materials, perform the work qualitatively and check the result with the client. Payment is made upon completion.
