- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process may vary depending on the scope of the project, and the customer's needs. Our project manager meets with the prospect to assess their needs, discuss the project's scope and budget, and ask questions about their expectations. Then they prepare a proposal that outlines the project's details, including the timeline, budget, materials, and any other relevant information, which is then presented to the prospect for review and approval.
