Establishing a strong rapport with clients and comprehending their unique requirements is crucial to my work. This involves open communication regarding the project's budget and scope, as well as outlining the work process in detail, including potential challenges that may arise. For clients who may have limited experience with renovations, transparency is of utmost importance, and I aim to provide guidance and support throughout the entire process. My ultimate goal is to ensure that clients are fully informed and involved in every step of the project, thereby fostering a positive and productive working relationship.
