- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a few standard basic packages I offer on my website, which cover the most requested services for coordination and event design. I start there. I work from a a shared studio which eliminates high overhead which ultimately in the end affords more competitive pricing to my clients
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I normally give the closest quote on the work requested possible. There are always details that are omitted or required to have an actual idea of cost. For this reason, I always recommend a meeting in person or a conversation to follow through.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in event planning on both fundraiser/non profit levels, corporate events and finally personal events like wedding etc. for the past 15 years, affording me the necessary contacts/vendors and expertise to offer to my clients.
