David is so easy to work with. He's not the typical gruff, annoyed, hard-to-talk-to IT guy. He makes you feel like your problems are his only focus, no matter how big or small they may be. Best of all, he has the expertise to go with it.
You're not supposed to have fun when you're having a network outage, virtual environment problems, or firewall issues, but David is so pleasant to talk to that he doesn't give you much choice!
