I’ve been in the IT world for over 19 years now. For the past 7 years, I’ve been working with various Managed Service Providers (MSPs), which has given me the tools I need to help my clients with a wide range of issues. I also believe in providing excellent customer service, which helps me build great relationships with my clients. My goal is to leave them with a fantastic experience so they’re always happy to work with me again.
