I contacted Katherine several times, through Thumbtack, email and then by phone. She always got back to me immediately,
or as soon as possible. She was friendly and gracious in every communication. Then, when she came to sing and play guitar for us, she was right on time, dressed so nicely and respectfully, and played and sang with her lovely voice. I think that after all the cover songs she did, her best work was when she sang one of her own original songs.....A few people also asked for her number for future work!
