Don't remember the gentleman's name... but he was very friendly and professional... his price was the lowest for washer and dryer install (including the vents). He explained what he was doing ... would definitely use his services again

This company is great, too bad I forgot the first name of the person who came, but he was punctual, went above and beyond trying to help. We had bought a new wall oven and there was a part missing that connect the oven to the gas. The part was not a standard part and he could not finish the work the same day. He returned the next day after going to a couple of places trying to find the part. He was very professional, cleaned after himself and we felt very comfortable with him, definitively a 5 star job. Thank you!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Book an appointment to visit the customer at their property by an earliest available time. We care about your property therefore we cover the service area with floor protector to stop any accidental damage to the floor during repair or installation of your appliance.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As the engineer of the company, I have many years' experience in service and installing of major laundry and kitchen appliances.
