It was not my technicians fault that my appliance could not be fixed. It was some off brand, unheard of company that offered impossible to reach support which resulted in several wasted days attempting to reach them for help. Per my technicians guidance, I am purchasing a new, name brand unit to save from this type of headache in the future. My tech was amazing. Extremely knowledgeable, professional, punctual, communicative and courteous. 10/10, will definitely use him again next time something stops working. Thank you!

At-Home Appliance Repair responded immediately, scheduled a quick appointment to diagnose the issue, and finished the repair job on my LG dryer as promised.
