FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Manor Power Wash values feedback and would like to offer clarity on our pricing strategy. While we believe our power washing service prices reflect its true economic value, we’re willing to explore a middle ground that benefits both parties through our service contracts, discount and referral bonus programs. Our residential, commercial and automobile power wash services pricing are based on several factors including the size of the area, the type of surface being cleaned, the level of dirt or grime, and the competitive landscape in service area. In pricing our power washing services we incorporate, flat rate, per hour and competitive pricing models provide flexibility achieving customer budgets. Our customers commonly wonder why a price is set at a particular point, or why it has recently changed. We believe by “demystifying” how prices are set can help further establish a trusting relationship with our customers. This is achieved by explaining the services prices and discount programs through either a service agreement or service quote. In addition, fees and bundled services are clearly identified for our customer. However, we’re always looking for ways to enhance our offerings and relationships. Let’s keep the lines of communication open.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Manor Power Wash – New Customer Onboarding We strive to make the process as simple and easy as possible for them. We don't want anyone to feel like they have been wasting their time. Before our initial conversation with potential client, we research their needs. Whether it's removing graffiti from a brick wall or revitalizing a weathered deck, understanding their specific requirements is essential. This initial conversation lasts about 10 minutes and gives us enough information to determine if we able to provide the power washing service. If we believe that this is possible, then we will set up an appointment to gather additional information and visit job area, if necessary. Once we have gathered enough information, provide a detailed quote that outlines the scope of the project, the power washing services, the timeline, and the cost. Clearly identify what's included in pricing and any potential additional charges. If a power washing service contract we include project details, payment terms, a timeline, cancellation policies, insurance information, and a clause outlining responsibilities in case of damage or issues. If a customer has a concern or objection, such as cost, timing, or safety. We further explain how our power washing services can alleviate their concerns and provide solutions.
