We recently hired Cal First Builders to help us repair/renovate a bathroom and kitchen at one of our rental units. Simon was amazing to work with across the entire process, even when we were encumbered by some stressful issues with our local LA County Bldg & Safety inspector, which had nothing to do with Simon or his team’s work. Simon and his crew remained dedicated to helping us navigate everything and did incredible work at every stage of the job. What amazed me the most is how quickly his teams are able to do the work without ever compromising the quality or level of workmanship at all. Having hired other contractors before, where it took forever for their crews to show up and complete the work, my husband and I were incredibly impressed by how efficient Simon was with scheduling his crews and meeting deadlines. We’re very happy with the scope of work he provided at a competitive cost and how great everything turned out! We look forward to working with his company on other projects in the future.

Trust your projects to these professional, honest and courteous contractors. Simon and his workers have done a fabulous job repairing termite damage and aging stucco on our home. They solved a daunting rain-damage problem in our backyard, and are in the process of replacing our roof. All work had been explained thoroughly before hand, and accomplished in a timely manner. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

It was a wonderful experience working with Cal First Builders Inc for a project to remodel multiple bathrooms in our Valley Glen, home. After walking through all of them, they quickly measured out each of the spaces and by the end of our meeting, I had 5 bathrooms completed transformed with beautiful 3D design images. We set up another meeting with them joining us to finalize on the project. It was a pleasant experience to hear their honest approach to what we could expect moving forward with our designs and project. First things first I would like to say that this company is very professional. Project manager explained everything elaborately & assured me that the process would be simple, as the reason I had put it off for so long was because of the hassle. Our kitchen was remodeled beautifully, quickly, and economically. From the project manager to the workers I felt that all my questions were answered rather than being given the run around as with many other companies I had consulted. Cal First Builders's team really took care of us & I am must say I am so happy with our brand new kitchen. Can't wait to bring over the family for Sunday dinners!
