Greet them with my full attention, listen to what their needs, explain who we are and what we do. Provide and idea of price. Answer any questions they may have. Schedule the job . Get the job done . All with professionalism and honesty.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been baseball teams all my life , have a masters degree in organizational leadership. In the past I worked as an account manager. These experiences and tools have given me the emotional intelligence and patience to work with customers , resolve conflicts and provide great customer service.
