Jonathon was very professional, efficient and pleasant. He resolved my issue with installing a backup power supply quickly. In future, it would be helpful if a discount was offered for a minor job. I paid a two hour minimum rate, for a job that at most, only took 45minutes. This could've been made clearer prior to agreeing to the service.

Bruce was a pleasure to work for, look forwarding to work with him again in the future. I was not aware of the disappointment in the two hour minimum however Bruce did receive a 10% discount and was only charge the 2 hour minimum to cover nearly 2hrs of drive time.
