Our business needed to hire a company to strip and wax our vintage tile floors inside 3 separate recording studio live rooms. Alejandro was very responsive and helpful. He was able to provide a quote after I sent him pictures and dimensions of our spaces. His quote was the most competitive we received which is ultimately why we chose to book Floor Cleaning Enterprises. We are very happy with the results.

He did a great job steam cleaning our carpet and are rugs. Also had him deep clean our tile and seal the tiles. Wow. What a difference. He worked hard and was very neat. I will use him again and I highly recommend him.

i recently moved in to a condo that had flooring in pretty bad shape. The floor was obviously neglected for years and was very dull. Alejandro cleaned and polished the floor.. Now the floor looks new! big difference!

Do not hire this company. I hired them to clean my kitchen floor with stripping, buffing and waxing. The floor was unprofessionally done. When we let the company know, they told me, “I should have told them if I wanted a better job done on my floors”. There were other ppl in the house that heard him say this. When you hire someone you don’t need to tell them that, it’s expected!! I was really hurt and disappointed by the above comment they said to me. I hired them in good faith. They tried to cheat me. I explained I hired you to do a professional job, but they did me wrong and did not deliver.

Alejandro and crew did the best job they could with my old and scratched linoleum floors. They were on time and completed the job within the time quoted. The floors were drying so I could not do a walk through before Alejandro left. When I did, I noticed some spots that were missed, wax was sprayed all over my china cabinet, and a small trinket had been knocked down and broken. I cleaned up the China cabinet and glued the trinket back together. I would suggest doing a walk through to allow Alejandro to correct any issues before he leaves, as I'm sure he would have for me if I had.Then, I would have been happy to give him 5 stars.
