Mike responded quickly, came out within a couple of hours of talking to me, was prepared to handle my immediate fix of a slow drain in my bathroom sink, and though only a temporary fix because my problem is deeper than just a quick fix he assessed the issue and fixed quickly. Mike was very courteous, professional and reasonably priced for what I needed to have done just for now.
