FAMILY-OWNED & OPERATED SINCE 1974 Founded by my father and mother, Andrew and Patricia Sinay in1974, I, Matthew, took over the business in 2012 and have taken it to the next level. A. I am 49 years old and have dealt with quite a few contractors in my lifetime. By far, A Andrews & Sons was the most positive experience I have ever dealt with with any projects in my past. I had flooding and mold in the bottom half of my home and many different things had to be addressed including painting, new flooring, new kitchen cabinets and countertops, and mold prevention and cleanup. I also asked for future protection to ensure this loss will never be repeated and the contractor helped me pinpoint all the areas that made this problem happen. The different crews involved in this large project were all very patient, understanding, and undoubtedly professional. I highly recommend this business for all your home improvement needs. Communication was consistent, immediate, and ensured we knew what part of the project was to be done on a daily basis and by who with contact numbers provided for the crew involved. I really wish I had the right words to further explain the outstanding customer service and work they provided for my family. Lastly, the costs involved were well within reason and beat every contractor I called prior to their hiring. To end, A Andrews & Sons and all of their crew members will be my first go to on any future projects I still have planned. Thank you guys! You were top notch and helped me get through a very stressful event my family was dealing with.

Carpet Cleaner Technician James arrived on time and did an amazing job cleaning the carpet, a sectional sofa & 2 dining room chair. He was fast, yet efficient and very professional, a very nice man. Matt and his team did an amazing job, and I'll be sure to have him do any future water damage repairs in the future. He jumped on the situation immediately and got his team up and running in no time. I was assured from the beginning that we'd be fully taken care of. He helped me properly navigate our insurance claim, and he had his team work efficiently and in a timely manner. Xavier also did an amazing job with the drywall repairs, texturing, and paint. He took the time to focus on the small details and made sure we were happy with the finished result.I highly recommend A. Andres and Sons for all your water leak and repair needs. Great company and amazing service. The appointment was made last minute and on top of that, it's a holiday.The tech that came out to clean out carpet was very professional and explained everything we need to do to help keep everything perfect. I would recommend them .
