- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I believe in working smarter, not harder. I am trustworthy, loyal, and friendly. Depending on your needs we can set either an hourly rate or monthly retainer, whichever fits your company's budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meeting with the client to review and understand their needs, and what types of procedures are already in place. How my services will benefit them and make the day-to-day easier.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BA in accounting from Cal State Fullerton. I am a notary. I am working on obtaining my enrolled agent license. Currently I am working with my business partner who is a CPA, to prepare individual and corporate tax returns.
