Ulisses was the recent real estate agent who sold our home. We found him to be a thorough and conscientious individual. He has a good knowledge of real estate market conditions. He takes the time to understand the building codes related to safety. He addressed many questions we had during the selling process in a simple manner. Being an out-of-state seller, he worked very hard to make sure that we are aware of current events related to the sale of the home. I would highly recommend him to service the needs of future sellers or buyers.

We came into the home buying experience with little to no understanding of how the whole process worked. Ulisses was super patient with me and my family. He guided us through it , explaining everything in great detail. My family is spanish speakers only so him being Bilingual really was important. It was a long road, about 6 months of looking but we finally were able to close on a home in march and we cant thank Ulisses enough. Defiently recommend his services to any new home buyers looking to buy in the southern california area. Thank you to Ulisses.

Ulisses assisted us throughout the cumbersome process of buying our first home. He was very responsive, polite and professional the whole time. He quickly adapted to working with the lender and home inspector my wife and I chose to work with. He is very knowledgeable of all real estate regulations and processes.
