She is incredibly knowledgeable about anatomy which made every session both educational and challenging in the best way possible. Absolutely no one has impacted my fitness journey like she did! Incredibly knowledgeable, always up to date on fitness, health and nutrition. She took my fitness to the next level - made it so much fun! Her attention to detail, perfect correction and genuine care for her clients pushed me to achieve my best.
