- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
With our tools, chemical solutions, and training we accomplish cleaning at a much faster rate than an individual could accomplish them. We also typically operate on teams which further speeds up the process of cleaning. Most of our customers get cleanings every 4 weeks or every 2 weeks. If you want residential cleanings every 2 weeks we offer discounts. We are fully insured, bonded, and licensed and bring all our own supplies. Our average cleaner has been cleaning for over a decade.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After a chat on the phone to talk through our services and any special requests, we determine if an in-person visit would be necessary before the first cleaning. Typically, it's not. If your home hasn't been professionally cleaned in 3 months, we typically recommend a deep clean of double the amount of time in order to get your space up to a standard. Some spaces will skip this step and will just allow the cleaning to slowly improve the space over several months.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was raised by business owners in the cleaning industry. My brother-in-law owns a house cleaning company and so when I was looking for ways to provide for my family, this was a great option.
