- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our quoted price includes everything (parts, labor, tax). We don't charge diagnostic fee. There'll be no charge if we can't fix it. NO tax for cash payment
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As you come in to drop off a device for repair, we create a work order with your name/phone number/email. We'll notify you on spot how long the repair takes. We'll call/text/email you once your device is ready. You pay when you pick up your device
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We started out as a Cell Phone refurbishing business in 2001. We decided to open this retail repair business in 2011. Our technicians have been working with Cell phones / tablets / computers since pre-2000.
