Rob got it done!!! I had been looking for service since January, only to be turned down time after time. I got very frustrated I even started YouTube tutorials to do it myself until I checked out Thumbtack & found Rob - Universal Spa Services! Rob responded to my request, gave me a quote & service date. Rob took time to drive hours out of his way on a holiday weekend and was able to diagnose and help service my cedar hot tub. Didn't try to sell me on products I didn't need. Great experience. I've not had much luck finding someone to help me with this kind of tub who was honest, efficient, and available so I feel especially grateful. Thank you so much!
