Great value, professional, and knowledge provided by Rob. He explained to us what we needed to do to maintain our hot tub, and to clean it well and how to test the chlorine and add the chlorine also. He cleaned our hot tub, and he fixed the water heater pump. He even helped us in purchasing a cover for the hot tub also! I highly recommend him because he knows what he is doing and he’s an expert at his craft.

Rob got it done!!! I had been looking for service since January, only to be turned down time after time. I got very frustrated I even started YouTube tutorials to do it myself until I checked out Thumbtack & found Rob - Universal Spa Services! Rob responded to my request, gave me a quote & service date. Rob took time to drive hours out of his way on a holiday weekend and was able to diagnose and help service my cedar hot tub. Didn't try to sell me on products I didn't need. Great experience.
