Amanda was the first to contact me and saw the house that day and gave me a quote right away. The contract was the most reasonable and included staging all the rooms and the upstairs deck and first floor patio. Price was less than others charged for only staging main level and only some of second level. Home was staged on the scheduled day and looks amazing! I recommend using Staged2Shine.

Experience matters and we know you have to make a great first impression. Staging a home with the right staging company makes a huge difference and it helps potential buyers visualize how to best utilize the space. After the condo was staged, in a matter of 4 days we had 30 showings, recieved 9 offers and accepted an offer that was $30K above listing price. Would definetly recommend Tory and Amanda to help stage your place!

Working with Tory and Amanda was an awesome experience from start to finish! They responded quickly to all of my inquiries and worked with me and my husband to ensure the condo was staged according to our realtor’s wishes. The home looked beautiful and I truly believe our condo sold quickly because of their staging!!! I would recommend them to anyone looking for staging!!!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies based on the scope of the project. If we are executing an occupied staging, we charge an hourly rate. If we are staging a vacant house, we charge based on the number of rooms (laundry areas not included).
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always love to have a 5-15 minute conversation with the homeowner to review the process, detail our steps, and communicate as we go. For vacant properties, we offer a free 15-minute consultation with a proposal to follow. The staging contract will be sent via DocuSign and 60% deposit is due prior to any home staging project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
HSR Certified (Home Staging Resource) Staged over 200+ properties!
