- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies based on the scope of the project. If we are executing an occupied staging, we charge an hourly rate. If we are staging a vacant house, we charge based on the number of rooms (laundry areas not included).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always love to have a 5-15 minute conversation with the homeowner to review the process, detail our steps, and communicate as we go. For vacant properties, we offer a free 15-minute consultation with a proposal to follow. The staging contract will be sent via DocuSign and 60% deposit is due prior to any home staging project.
