I had the pleasure of having Mike train and attend to our dog for 5+ years. I learned a lot from him and so has our dog. We both benefited from his knowledge and professionalism and every day is safer and more fun at home and when we are out in public thanks to his instruction and guidance.

Mike has been an amazing resource for my husband, myself, and our pup! We thought we would be great dog parents but once we fell in love with our rescue pup, we quickly learned that we had some training to do. Like so many other rescues, he came with some bad habits he likely picked up while being shuffled from one place to another. Mike has made the training process so easy for us and has also formed such a special bond with our pup.
Our baby experiences some anxiety when left alone at home from time to time. Mike has been so supportive and communicative about ways to help keep our boy happy at home. Some of his suggestions were as simple as how to reward and praise our dog when we leave, but those simple suggestions have made a big difference. Mike would check in and see how things were going regularly to make sure we were making progress.
We’ve also worked with Mike to help our boy walk on a leash without pulling and also work d on becoming more social around other dogs. Mike has been able to meet with us in person and also complete several video calls.In each exchange, Mike was very personable and his directions for the two of us were clear and easy to follow. We have utilized each of his suggestions and our dog has reaped the benefits!
Our dog looks forward to training sessions and loves Mike. I cannot recommend Mike Ringgold enough. Without him we may have been in over our heads with training, but now we walk around the block confident and proud of our pup! We feel comfortable leaving him at home when we need to and know that he will be safe, well mannered, and loved.

MIKE is the man! I picked up my boy Bingo about three Christmas's ago. He was a rescue (as so many are unfortunately) and he needed some work. By this I mean, he was afraid of men and while not aggressive, would immediately start barking over and over and cower behind things. Now? He's my best big boy! Mike got him to go to daycare, socialize with other animals, "be happy" around most men, sit, down, up, etc. His one on one time with Mike has been IMMENSELY helpful, not just for BingBong, but for me too. Mike is patient and teaches me how to do things I've never done (since I never owned my own dog really); how to hold the leash, how to be authoritative but loving with him. Honestly, these are great life lessons too! It helps you be a better person as well as an owner. He would text me and check in on not just Bingy, but myself as well. Sometimes, it's stressful being an owner but Mike has literally gone out of his way to be there every step of the way. Thank you Mike for all you've done for us.
