Introduction

We are experts in both pressure washing and softwashing and have the ability to perform either one, or both, on every job. Many times pressure washing is the worst choice! (roofs, homes, buildings). Sometimes it's the best choice (patios/decks, driveways, walkways). Often, we do both, so not only do we clean, but the surfaces we touch are also sanitized. This means the results look better and also stay cleaner 4-6 times longer than regular pressure washing alone.

Steve at Coastal softwash was great. He was responsive, professional, and informative. He helped us clean our clay tile roof and gave us some great tips on continuing to maintain the tiles going forward. He responded immediately, quickly got us on his schedule, and showed up on time. I'm thrilled with the job Coastal Softwash USA did. Our insurance agency wanted to powerwash our roof to get rid of mold, and Coastal Softwash USA told me that would have ruined our roof! They told us the best way to clean the mold, and keep our roof in great shape! They were flexible with my schedule, and the price was more than competitive! I would very much recommend using them, as I know I will be giving them a call if I need anything for my roof again!

Our prices, on average, are among the lowest available in So. Cal. for the services we provide. We wouldn't have the 'number of hires' and amount of positive reviews you see here, without being a great deal.
