He was very professional from get go. He arrived when he said he would, in fact a little earlier. He did an amazing job mounting the the wall mount, very clean with no dust or debris left behind. My household has a no shoes policy and he immediately noticed that and took off his shoes with me having to ask him. I would recommend him for any Appliance job 10 out of 10.
