- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
What to know about pricing? I base it on the difficultly of the job and the time necessary to do it right the first time. My goal is that you dont have to call me back to fix anything, just to add more.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typical process for working with a new customer is a professional meeting and walkthrough of either what you want to see with cameras or alarm concerns. Then i build the system from there. cameras or alarms. I get clarification on placement, if plans need to be adjusted so it's what you want and at the right price. Not over or under, and I always gets calls back asking for another camera, or going from a starter camera system to residential or commercial grade system. Or adding alarm services with smart locks, thermostats, garage door control and lights.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've worked with 9 different leads techs at different companies and offices. learned everyone's best tricks of the trade and I keep adding more every. after a couple thousand cameras and alarms I've gotten quite good, but I still take on bigger and bigger projects and get better.
