I hired Ray to do what seemed to be some simple electrical work. It turned out to be more complicated than anyone imagined. Ray handled all the challenges with a positive, constructive attitude, and got the job done. He even asked if he could do anything else I needed, and did things that were annoyances for me but easy for him. And, he's a really nice guy.
