Responded to request almost immediately and arranged to come by later the same day. Very communicative each step of the repair. When my refrigerator had further issues (not his fault; he’d already advised me the initial work might not be sufficient) he was back immediately after contact and completed the repair. Would definitely hire Masood again.

Masood and his cousin did a great job repairing my LG refrigerator. He fit me into his schedule the very next day! He even called me after the job was done to make sure the unit was working properly (icemaker). I very much appreciate their hard work and professionalism and I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again....

Our refrigerator broke down and we were very grateful to have found Top Town Appliance repair. I described the problem and they already knew what was wrong with the refrigerator. They went out of their way to pick up the part that was an hours drive away so that our refrigerator would be repaired the same day. The owner had lots of experience working on appliances back from the old Sesrs days. I was confident with his repair. And he was reasonably priced.
