- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies depending on each project. My priority is to make sure my clients are comfortable and confident with their spendings. I like to understand and get to know what it is my client is needing and wanting, that way I can work out budget with them.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My initial call with the client is getting to know their style, talk budget, and create a plan. Organization is key to make sure that my clients get the best service possible. Depending on the size job, every job is different. Some are all virtual, some are in person, but my process seems to stay the same in regards to the step by step process. I showcase options, edit, purchase, manage, accessorize, and install. I am very hands on with each phase of the project to mkae sure my clients are taken care of.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in interior design and have been working in the industry for a little over 10 years, successfully growing my own interior design business for the past 7 years.
