It's always a pleasure dealing with Raph. He's able to pin point the problem over the phone and then log in like a stealth pilot and fix it no matter if I'm in my office or out of town. This is invaluable especially in this competitive business world we live in. Thumbs up for his service!

I was having problems with my laptop and connection & software & in the process of trying to resolve it made it much worse! Raphael logged in and fixed everything and it took him no time at all, he also explained to me what I needed to do to protect & promote the good health of my tech gear which will save me money long term!
