Clients can pick a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly plans that fits their budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Setting up a schedule that fits the clients agenda. Examining the aquarium or pond to ensure the water parameters are correct. Correct any problems if there are any to water or filtration.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked for one of the largest aquarium and pond maintenance companies on the west coast for 10 years. Hands on experience over the last 20 years on all different types of aquatic features.
