Jason called me in a timely manner and discussed the problem with my fountain. I felt comfortable with him and he sounded like he knew what he was talking about. He came to my home on the day he said he would with a text message letting me know he was on his way. Jason explained what he found and how he was going to repair the problem and what he might have to do if that did not fix the problem. The problem was repaired and adjusted the water flow. The fountain is working better than ever. Jason knew what he was doing! Thank you Jason

Jason is amazing! Our outdoor garden fountain was clogged and full of debris and algae. Jason did an incredible job bringing our fountain back to life. It now looks sparkling clean and new! What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Setting up a schedule that fits the clients agenda. Examining the aquarium or pond to ensure the water parameters are correct. Correct any problems if there are any to water or filtration.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked for one of the largest aquarium and pond maintenance companies on the west coast for 10 years. Hands on experience over the last 20 years on all different types of aquatic features.
