- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge for the job, not time and material. We offer military and senior discounts of 10% off.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If there is a service needed for a clogged drain we give up front pricing. If there is a more in depth project we will need to come out and assess the problem and provide you with options.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
