I had an emergency right before family flew in and needed someone out here asap to fix my overflowing toilet and bathtub. Not only did they show up within 15min after hanging up, but they were very informative, efficient and effective. They literally saved the day because I don't know how I would have been able to have family stay over with only one operable bathroom! Thank so you much Plumbing Stars! We charge for the job, not time and material. We offer military and senior discounts of 10% off.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If there is a service needed for a clogged drain we give up front pricing. If there is a more in depth project we will need to come out and assess the problem and provide you with options.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
