FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices do reflect my years of experience. I try to be reasonable with what the going rates are and the customer's budget but also what it should cost to be worth my time, knowledge/experience, and effort.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to do a consultation, asking questions about their skin and what their expectations/desires are for the outcome. Then I ask for photos because usually using words to describe a vision is many times not as straightforward, but with photos, the vision of the customer is more easily grasped.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduate Make Up Designory (MUD) school in Burbank back in April/May 2009. I started building my portfolio and then found work in music videos. A few months later, I transitioned into TV Commercial work. In between I was doing makeup and sometimes hair for photoshoots to continue building my portfolio and also for fashion editorials. I've traveled to Tulum, Hawaii, France, and different states doing what I love. I have also worked in some short films, indie films, and some TV shows. I have done weddings here and there but this is one area where I am now looking to really hone in on grow in.
