- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a 10% discount for estate planning clients who use our online questionnaire to input the information that is required to create their estate plans.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a phone call between Mr. Young and the client to determine what the client's needs are. Then Mr. Young will e-mail our online questionnaire link to the client. The client's information from the questionnaire will be used to create the estate plan. Mr. Young will call the client when additional information is needed. Drafts of the documents will be e-mailed to the client for review. When the estate planning documents are completed, the client will come into the office to sign, and all documents will be reviewed again with the client.
