Mikey was our project manager for our roofing replacement. He was on time for our scheduled appointment and had explained what he saw during his inspection of our roof. When we received our estimate, we were hesitant at first to hire Equinox, since they were not the lowest bid we got. We compared all the contracts and there were differences, but not match. When I texted Mikey with questions regarding the contract he was responsive and always answered the text. His prompt response made us decided to hire Equinox to our project. Through the entire project he was there in the morning to check the progress. Have texted and visited the site every end of the day and given us an update of the work. The first day of the demolition removal of the shingles went smoothly. The second day there was a misunderstanding with the contract regarding the number of down spouts that are to be installed. The foreman was a little bid rude but was quickly resolve when Mikey visited the site. Our experience with Equinox Roofing is seamless. They did an excellent job with job with everything. The estimate, the explanation of the work, the installation and clean up after all the work was done. Completed work in a timely matter and resolved any issues right away.

Although we haven't actually started the project yet, I do believe that Equinox and working with Eli has been a positive experience so far. First, he was very responsive and came to my house to actually take a look around, including into the attic and discovering that I needed to take off two layers of shingles. Furthermore, he brought a drone with him, so we could get a literal bird's eye view of the roof and see exactly the work that was needed. He also walked me through previous examples of his team's work and provided addresses that I could go look as well as references. The estimate was on the higher side, but I'm confident in the materials and long term warranties that Equinox offers, supported by many certifications, including from Owens Corning. Generally so far, I've had a productive and positive experience, and I'm looking forward to the actual work getting done.

I cannot say enough good things about Equinox Roofing. The entire process was relatively easy, and the crews do extraordinary work. I am a VERY happy customer. It all started with the initial estimate. Michael came to my house, we did a walk around, chatted for a bit, and I felt instantly at ease with him. He explained how everything would go, provided a high level sizing on timing, and even had a demo kit with samples to better illustrate the types of materials that would be used in the project. That afternoon, the office emailed me the estimate. Seriously, I have never worked with an outfit that is so responsive to the customer. The work crews always showed up on time, and got right to work. In my instance, the roof needed a bit extra TLC, and Equinox came through with flying colors! In less than a week, I had a brand new roof on my house, and a very high level of confidence that come the rainy season, I won’t have a care in the world (at least, not as far as the roof is concerned) Bottom line, if you are looking for an outstanding company, that does phenomenal work, keeps you in the loop so you always know what is going on (and there are no surprises), and will not nickel and dime you to death, go with Equinox! You won’t regret it
