The roof came out great. The crew was fast and efficient as well as very friendly. The crew did an excellent job. They got it all done in 4 days. The project manager, Mikey, was friendly and easy to speak to. There was one aesthetic miss which a family member can fix as he's a contractor. As we had the original roof from 1976 and after the winter rain storms in December- March which caused leaks, the house needed a new-do! Thank you, Equinox Roofing!

Mikey was our project manager for our roofing replacement. He was on time for our scheduled appointment and had explained what he saw during his inspection of our roof. When we received our estimate, we were hesitant at first to hire Equinox, since they were not the lowest bid we got. We compared all the contracts and there were differences, but not match. When I texted Mikey with questions regarding the contract he was responsive and always answered the text. His prompt response made us decided to hire Equinox to our project. Through the entire project he was there in the morning to check the progress. Have texted and visited the site every end of the day and given us an update of the work. The first day of the demolition removal of the shingles went smoothly. The second day there was a misunderstanding with the contract regarding the number of down spouts that are to be installed. The foreman was a little bid rude but was quickly resolve when Mikey visited the site. Our experience with Equinox Roofing is seamless. They did an excellent job with job with everything. The estimate, the explanation of the work, the installation and clean up after all the work was done. Completed work in a timely matter and resolved any issues right away.

I contacted 3 roofing companies to provide quotes for a full roof replacement of my 23 year+ roof. All came in at about the same price. I selected Equinox because Ben was significantly more thorough in his inspection of my home. What this meant was the quote he provided accurately reflected what actually needed to be done. There were no surprises. The other companies would have either had to add on cost at the end of the project or would have done subpar work. Also, (having already done the research myself), I knew the products he suggested were of excellent quality. Ben provided an honest assessment, provided options, and explained the different pros/cons for each choice. There was no pressure. Throughout the project, Ben maintained regular contact and set expectations. The crew was amazingly fast and efficient. The roof looks great! I have already referred one friend to Equinox for their new roof and have no hesitancy in referring anyone else. This was the first time I contracted for a major renovation by myself. Working with Ben at Equinox was a breeze.

We were lucky to come across this company. Ben was our main contact. He’s been a pleasure to work with and came through for us during these turbulent weather weeks we’ve been going through. Came through quickly on a competitive bid and meeting us to discuss. He worked carefully to keep on top of things while we waited for a time slot to do our roof. Ben and his crew helped keep the home dry from further leaking and came out when the tarp failed during high winds. When they were able to squeeze in our roof they were able to do it all in one day! During all this stressful time, Ben was always courteous and fair. Great work from the whole crew!
