I had a great experience working with Ramin recently for a tuning of a Yamaha U1 upright piano. He is an incredibly friendly and knowledgeable piano technician, and was very generous with his time in explaining the inner workings of the piano and the different adjustments that could be made. You can also tell that he is truly passionate about his craft and about this beautiful and complex instrument that we all love to play. I highly recommend Ramin and am looking forward to continuing to work with him!

Ramin did a wonderful job tuning my piano. He was very knowledgeable, educated me step by step. He cleaned it, made sure all the parts were functioning, and let me know what steps we need to take on our next visit to make sure it is in optimal shape. Ramin did a great job tuning and fixing my 116 years old piano. He explained every step of the process and even taught me how to do regular maintenance to keep the piano in great shape. I highly recommend him!

He is truly a professional who carres a wealth of knowledge and technical skills to perfectly tune my piano. I have a relatively new upright yamaha piano - and he didnt only explain the process and dynamics behind tuning a piano but as to the overall well being of the piano like we were talking of a living equipment, so to speak.
