- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I schedule a free 30 minute phone consult before starting to work with new customers. I hear more about your specific situation and what you're looking for, and I share more about the KonMari Method(R), how it works, and how it is a tool to transform not only your space but your life as well! I have a few different ways I work with people that range from group organizing parties, KonMari memberships, personalized virtual KonMari coaching and highly involved in person tidying sessions. During our talk, I'll assess your needs and we'll come up with a plan for the best method for moving forward!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified KonMari Consultant, which means I am trained in Marie Kondo's life-changing method, and magic, of tidying up! Marie's KonMari Method(R) is comprehensive and TRANSFORMATIONAL -- if you are looking to change not just your closet but also bring more joy into your life (and have it stick!), the KonMari Method(R) is the way to go. I also have a Master's Degree in Social Work, which allows me to support my clients more holistically and meet them where they are at.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Are you looking for a done-for-you service or interested in a coach and partner to guide you through the process? What is motivating you to reach out, and how committed are you to KonMari'ing right now? How much time do you have to dedicate to tidying? Do you have a timeline or deadline for completing your KonMari tidying festival?
