I booked an appointment with the auto feature on Thumbtack, and Green Walnut even messaged to see if we could make the appointment sooner, but I explained that I had to make special plans to be home from work, so we kept the original appointment. The day came, and I even received a confirmation an hour before the appointment, but Green Walnut did not show, did not call, and did not respond to messages inquiring about what happened. Super disappointing - I will not use them again.
