It was a pleasure working with JVP.
He was very responsive from day one.
He was prompt and punctual and then he was very thorough with the inspection.
I especially noticed that he was taking pictures and noting where different things were located throughout the house, to then make a special note on his report so that future buyers would have a reference as to where important things are located in the house.
That kind of attention to detail, as well as the extensive report full of pictures, make me understand that I found a great professional that I can fully recommend.

Jose was really thorough to look at everything. It took 5 hours for him to check the interior and exterior parts. He charges only $275 for all the work, but he, as a realtor, knows what the inspection report should be like.
We really appreciate his help.
I strongly recommend his service.
