I was shopping for flooring for our home and my friend recommended me to call Property Channel Flooring for estimates. I couldn’t be happier that I contacted PCF since I wasn't able to finalize the flooring for my home. Their Project Manager was very helpful in selecting the floors. Highly recommend property Channel Construction/flooring. Recently replaced my carpet flooring through out the house with vinyl flooring. Also PC remodeled my kitchen. The Project manager Raheel was on top of the project from the start till the end. I'm pleased by his professionalism & seem less communication. Their prices are competitive and craftsmanship exceeded my expectations. Property channel construction/flooring was recommended by one of my family member who had wood flooring done in their entire house through them. I had my kitchen remodeled, wood flooring in the living room & Travertine tiles in kitchen area (550sq/ft) done by PC construction/flooring. Experienced management team with excellent customer service. The manger Mr Raheel was on top of the project from the beginning till the end and they finish the project within the time they promise. Not only he went above and beyond also PC teams did an excellent job.Their price for the project was very fair below the market. Full service. They took care of all the ordering and pickup. I’ve had several compliments on the floors. The service was refreshing after a previous company had taken my money, and quit. Raheel tried to assist in getting a refund from the previous company but thumbtack refused to honor their guarantee.
