JD hit it out of the park... again!Initially hired to build an outdoor living area, our positive experience led us to entrust JD Construction with another, more extensive effort. The second project was an addition and a full remodel to our hillside mid-century home.The project's significant size and complexity (e.g., difficult access) and our (sometimes frequent!) changes were handled with ease, thanks to the team's good-natured spirit and adaptability.Throughout the six-month project, Jesus consistently provided valuable suggestions, giving his expertise in unique design elements, optimizing small and awkward spaces, cost-cutting solutions - without compromising quality - and wise considerations for resale value.His fair pricing, conscientiousness, friendliness, creativity, and incredible work ethic set him apart.The results surpassed our expectations, and the team's impressive performance inspired this recognition. We called on Jesus from JD General Construction to assess some damage from a leaky toilet to our original 80s era linoleum bathroom floor. We knew we would need to replace the flooring, but we had also been considering a small bathroom remodel (replacing the vanity and mirror, and new paint), so we asked him to quote out both jobs. Jesus was very responsive to our inquiry and came out right away to assess the floor damage and take measurements. He immediately put us at ease as to the severity of the problem, leaning on his prior experience, and playing out the worst case scenario so we would know what to expect.Jesus immediately came across as honest and knowledgeable; he felt like someone my husband and I could see working with on future home improvements. Though it wasnt part of the original plan, just for fun we asked for a quote to go ahead and replace the rest of our downstairs flooring: a carpeted family room and a tiled kitchen floor with vinyl plank flooring. Though the rooms are connected, this has always been a rather disjointed space and we were looking for a little more continuity between the rooms.We ended up going with Jesus and his crew for the bathroom remodel and new floors in the kitchen, family room, and laundry room, and we could not be happier with the results. The benefit of going with a General Contractor over a simple flooring company was evident in both their ability to handle those unexpected issues (like some subfloor water damage) to problem solving and craftsmanship. Thanks to Jesus and JD General Construction, our family is loving our fresh new bathroom and gorgeous new floor. It was just the refresh we needed!

I want to commend Jesus and his crew for their outstanding work for all of my projects , they were prompt and arrived at 8:00 everyday and left at 5:00. Jesus was very attentive to detail and his crew followed his direction. My first project was placing my TV over my fireplace, it looks great and comfortable to watch. I had many recessed lights placed in every room, the kitchen remodeled and two bathrooms remodeled, I was very pleased, His crew was very neat and cleaned up everyday before leaving. I was sorry Jesus could not stay with the projects until the end but did not. My contractor Miles was able to find some excellent workers to complete my projects.Marilyn
